Temporary suspension of international mail to various countries.

Currently, mail transportation to various countries/territories has been significantly reduced or suspended due to the unstable situation in Ukraine.

And our acceptance of various international mail items has been temporarily suspended due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.

So We're afraid that we can not ship to certain countries (European countries,China) with EMS from Japan in this time.

Regarding already shipped items：
Please note that because of the global reduction of flights, considerable delivery delays are expected for outbound items.
